The Raj Devi Temple is located in Hetauda-17, at a distance of 11 km east of Hetauda Bazaar, and can be reached by bus. Since this goddess was the clan deity (Ishta Devi) of the Sen kings, it was a tradition to perform worship at this temple and the Kamaldevi temple, and from here, bring Fulpati into the Makwanpur Gadhi. Following the unification of Nepal, even after the Sen kings were defeated and scattered in 1819 V.S., local people gathered to continue the tradition of bringing Fulpati to the fort until 2015 V.S. Afterward, the tradition of bringing Fulpati stopped, and due to a lack of preservation, the temple became dilapidated and collapsed. Later, from the year 2060 V.S., under the leadership of locals Bhola Prasad Rijal, Badri Prasad Khatiwada, and Krishna Prasad Nepal, this temple was rebuilt in the same location, and regular worship has been conducted up to the present day.
