The Laxmi Narayan Temple, Vyasapitha, and Sishamahal are located in Hetauda-5, approximately 1.5 km east of Hetauda Bazaar. This shrine was established in the Vikram Samvat year 2032 through the cooperation of the founding patron Shri Swami Parankushacharya, local Vaishnavas, and all devotees. The temple looks captivating, adorned with attractive idols of Lord Kasturi Ranganath, Laxmi Narayan, and various other deities. Its main attraction features two mirror palaces (Sishamahal) built entirely with mirrors on all sides: the Radha-Krishna Sishamahal and the Sitaram Sishamahal. Because only the reflections and images of Radha-Krishna are visible everywhere around, it is recognized as Nepal's first Sishamahal (mirror palace) temple. All religious prayers and worship related to Lord Vishnu are performed here. This faith follows its own distinct philosophy, which traditionally accepts three elements as reality: 1. Jiva (living being), 2. Prakriti (nature), and 3. Ishwar (God). Furthermore, it defines forms of life: 'Chitattva Jarayuja' for those enveloped in a placenta during pregnancy, 'Andaja' for those born from eggs, 'Svedaja' for those born from sweat, and 'Udbhija' for those originating from sprouts. To visit this place, one can take an auto-rickshaw or a Mayuri vehicle from Hetauda Bazaar.
