Located in Ward No. 5 of Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City, Makwanpur District, Bagmati Province (Province No. 3), this is the only park in Hetauda, situated about 1 km east of the main Hetauda bazaar. Envisioned by the then-Mayor Mr. Dor Mani Paudel around 1999 AD (2056 BS), it was built on 1 Bigha of land featuring a public pond, dedicated to the memory of Pushpalal, the founder of the Communist Party of Nepal. The park features surrounding gardens, a central pond with a yoga platform in the middle, and boating facilities. Visitors can also study at the Pushpalal Memorial Library located on the northern side. It was officially opened to the public on December 13, 2001 AD (Mangsir 28, 2058 BS). Since 2014 AD (2071 BS), the Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City has handed over its management to the Brahmakumaris Rajyoga Seva Kendra, Makwanpur. Entry to the park is free, and there are tea and snack shops nearby.
